BIO:

Jeselene is a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Perinatal Educator and E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher dedicated to supporting families as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. She believes every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based care that honors their unique values, goals, and experiences.

After the birth of her twins, Jeselene found her calling in birth work, where she combines her professional expertise with her passion for nurturing families during one of life’s most transformative seasons. As a mother of three, she understands both the beauty and the challenges of welcoming a new baby and is committed to helping parents feel confident, informed, and well supported.

Jeselene provides overnight and daytime postpartum care, newborn care, lactation and infant feeding support, and practical education that empowers parents while creating space for rest and recovery. She is known for her calm presence, thoughtful approach, and ability to meet families where they are with encouragement and compassion.

In addition to her birth and  postpartum work, Jeselene teaches yoga and enjoys incorporating breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement into the perinatal journey. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to expanding her knowledge in maternal and infant health so she can continue providing exceptional care to the families she serves.
