Sherise Nock

(She, Her, Hers)

Trained Postpartum Doula

BIO:

Sherise is a postpartum doula and mom of two with a passion for supporting families as they navigate thransition into life with a new baby. Her own experiences with motherhood sparked an even deep interest in maternal and infant care and helped shape the compassionate, practical support she brings to families today.

With a background in psychology and years of experience working with expecting parents, postpartum families, infants, and children, Sherise understands that every family enters the postpartum period with different needs, values, and expectations.

As a postpartum doula, Sherise's goal is to make those early days and nights feel a little lighter. Whether she is caring for baby while parents get much-needed rest, helping with newborn routines, offering a listening ear, or simply providing an extra set of hands, she strives to create an environment where parents feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Sherise is also committed to continuing her education in maternal and infant care. She has expanded her training to include lactation education and continues building her knowledge in newborn care, infant development, feeding, and sleep, with the goal of broadening the ways she can support families throughout the perinatal and postpartum journey.

Fun Facts:

Sherise’s Favorite 3's: Getting lost in a good book or movie, going to new places, and spending time with her two children; Talking about pregnancy, babies, birth, and postpartum life for hours; Genuinely enjoying learning something new along the way.

What to expect:

You can expect Sherise to bring a warm, calm, and judgment free presence into your home. She is attentive to the needs of both baby and parents and believes postpartum care should help families feel supported as they settle into their new normal.

Sherise will meet you where you are, respect the way you choose to parent, and offer practical, nurturing support while giving you space to find your own rhythm as a family. Above all, she wants you to feel comfortable enough to rest and supported enough to enjoy more of those early moments with your baby.
